The hotel looked very fresh. The lounge and dining room were very nice and everything looked very new, everything was immaculate. The corridor was the same with the carpets looking spotless. Our room was spacious and had a little fridge, safe, iron and ironing board. It was very nicely decorated and had a large tv on the wall and a handy full length mirror. The shower over the bath was powerful and there was plenty of space around the sink for toilet bags etc. We were very happy with the room and didn’t hear any noise from the adjoining room. We got a voucher for a free drink in the bar and this was a nice gesture.

The location of the Hotel was off the main street. When we first got to the entrance, I was a bit apprehensive. A different world once inside. It was so welcoming and very clean and tidy. The Reception was staffed by two really nice and welcoming ladies who made it easy to check in. We went for breakfast every morning, excellent. Dining area and Bar area - clean, tidy and well appointed.

The hotel was beautifully clean. Area were being decorated but all the area we were in much have been freshly finished. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast were really good as was food in the evening.

Reception staff and duty Manager very attentive and helpful. Great nights sleep. Club twin room spacious, clean and quiet. Plenty of breakfast options. Plant alternative milk on request. Polite and professional service from Junayd our server and two lovely meals cooked by Hyleni and Katy. Easy walk to Music Hall to see a show. 2 night stay with breakfast included. Very happy to stay here again.

Had a lovely 2 day break at the Copthorne Hotel in Aberdeen with a friend and can only praise the staff on the cleanliness of the hotel! Our bedroom was very spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries . Breakfast had a super choice of foods both hot and cold and dinner was excellent too! Staff were very friendly and happy to help but must mention one staff member in particular as Gary was very attentive and caring and nothing seemed to much bother for him! He gave us excellent food and drinks service and spent time chatting with us too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Aberdeen as it’s centrally located to all the shops and attractions! More Date of stay: October 2022 See

It's a good, well-run hotel with friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast. The location is very good, in a quiet half a mile from the railway station and close to Union Street with its shops and restaurants.

Delightful staff from check-in to check out. Exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially at breakfast. I would heartily recommend this Copthorne. It looks grey and lifeless from the outside, but the interior more than makes up for the exterior shortfalls. If I have to stay in Aberdeen again...they will definitely get my custom.
